Driveway & Paver Sealing

Professional Driveway & paver sealing services

Driveways, Patios, Pool Decks, and Walkways

Is your driveway showing signs of wear and tear? Are you concerned about safeguarding your patio, pool deck, and walkways from Arizona’s unforgiving climate? Feeling unsure about where to begin?

Regardless of whether you have brick pavers, travertine tile, or concrete surfaces, it’s essential to ensure they’re adequately protected. Left untreated, your outdoor spaces can succumb to fading, weed invasion, unsightly hard water stains, and potentially mold growth under certain conditions. Surely, that’s not the vision you had when you invested in such surfaces, right? We thought as much.

If you choose to work with Affordable Pressure Washing, you can:

We have sealed hundreds of hard-scapes throughout Maricopa and have perfected the sealing process. So you can relax knowing the job is done correctly the first time!

We use only the best sealers for brick pavers, concrete, and travertine

There are six major benefits of sealing your outdoor surfaces.

a clean surface

This is the most obvious benefit because we cannot seal your surface until it has been cleaned thoroughly. Imagine if we applied sealant to a driveway with dirt, mold and weeds. No one wants that.

color enhancement

If you have brick pavers, sealing will enhance, preserve, and protect their natural colors from fading caused by harmful UV Rays. We offer two different types of enhancement, Natural and Wet Look. Natural will offer minimal change in appearance and Wet Look will make the pavers look as though they are wet.

sand stabilization

Our process allows for superior sand joint stabilization. Stablizing sand is an optional service that will help to eliminate sand washout, weed growth, and  insect intrusion. The process also helps to prevent the bricks from shifting, thus creating a much more solid foundation. Not needed for concrete.

algae & mold inhibitor

Sealing concrete, travertine, or brick pavers will inhibit algae and mold growth. Our sealers dry quickly and keep moisture from penetrating the pores of each surface. Moisture is the #1 cause of mold and mildew growth.

When bricks, travertine, and concrete are properly sealed, you are putting a barrier between its surface and anything that can stain it such as grease, oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic fluids, iron deposits, and anything else. Adding a protective barrier will help prevent those unsightly stains commonly found on driveways. Sealing will also keep pavers from becoming pitted and worn looking.

Maintaining your surface becomes much easier once it's been sealed. Mold, bird droppings, and small spills can usually be cleaned up with a mild detergent soap and a garden hose. You can also take advantage of our maintenance package.

Great experience and very affordable. I was going to buy a power sprayer and try it my self, but why?! Fast, and it looks great! Thanks Chad.

Chad did a great job on our driveway and backyard pavers. We had a lot of oil stains on the driveway and the pavers were needing some TLC. The pricing was great and he was very responsive and right on time. I would highly recommend!

The driveway and the front walk came out great. The sun baked back patio was my biggest concern and it looks the best it has in over 12 years since we bought the property.
